Alpine Dairy Experience at Brite de Larieto - High Altitude Milk
An authentic experience dedicated to the dairy traditions of the Dolomites, immersed in the timeless atmosphere of Brite de Larieto. Through stories of mountain life, tastings and convivial moments, guests will discover the tradition of high altitude milk production while enjoying handcrafted butter, ricotta and cheeses made directly at the alpine farm. The experience can be enhanced with an elegant alpine brunch surrounded by wood, meadows and fresh mountain air, celebrating local ingredients and the cuisine of the region.

Canederli and Casunziei in a Traditional Tabià
A private culinary experience inside a traditional Ampezzo tabià, accompanied by a local guide who will share the history, traditions and fascinating stories of the area. Guests will enjoy a lunch featuring typical local dishes such as canederli and casunziei. The journey to the tabià becomes an integral part of the experience. Travelling through Cortina towards Passo Falzarego, guests will follow one of the most scenic and historically significant roads in the Dolomites. Along the way, they will pass the enchanting Andraz Castle, which can be visited upon request, before reaching the secluded location surrounded by nature.

AIR
Hot Air Balloon Flight over the Dolomites
A hot air balloon flight over the Dolomites changes the rhythm of perception. The gentle lift from the ground, the suspended silence and the morning light reveal forests, valleys and dramatic rock faces from an entirely new perspective. The experience begins in the early hours of the morning with a transfer to the launch area, followed by a technical briefing and a flight lasting approximately one hour. After landing, guests will begin the return journey and take part in the traditional ballooning ceremony. The flight path depends on the wind, making every journey naturally unique rather than simply unique by promise.

Classic Cars and Gourmet Experience
An exclusive journey through iconic landscapes, scenic mountain roads and the timeless elegance of classic cars. Accompanied by a private driver, guests will travel through some of the most spectacular landscapes in the Dolomites, passing alpine mountain passes, forests and peaks recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site before reaching Col Gallina. From here, a pleasant panoramic walk leads to the Avamposto, a historic First World War site surrounded by nature and offering extraordinary views of the surrounding mountains. The itinerary follows the enchanting trails of the Gores de Federa, where nature reveals its full strength and harmony through waterfalls, wooden bridges and panoramic views. Continuing towards the Croda da Lago area, guests will reach one of the most iconic and scenic locations in the Dolomites.
